2)Ask your friend to send you one.In Job tier "Criminal" players may receive extra Thai passports if they're lucky.

Bangkok Tips and Tricks:
Triad Weapons are more Defensive.If you're worried that someone may attack you while you're offline,then Triad Faction Store is all you need in this case.In order to buy a weapon,you've to be at least trusted by Triad....we'll talk about this little bit later.
Personally,I prefer Triad weapons,as I said,you don't have to worry is someone attacks you while you're offline,becuse "T" (Triad) weapons gives you advanced protection
Yakuza Weapons are more offensive.They have high attack points and weak defense.Buy those if you want to attack people with very strong mafias(>501)
but...you can always chose weak mafias with less members and attack them and win,even WITHOUT advanced Yakuza weapons
Summary:Buy Traid weapons first,then Yakuza.

In this case,I helped Yakuza because I already have 1500(full) triad points.You wanna make sure to help Triad at the beginning.
AND..you gain T or Y points by fighting against other people.In you fight againt Yakuza you gain +2T -1Y ......against Triad will be -1T +2Y

1)attack Traid...now you have 1499T 2Y
2)attack yakuza...1500T 1Y 1499+2=still 1500

4)attack yakuza...1500T 2Y
5)attack Triad... 1499T 4Y
6)attack yakuza...1500T 3Y
7)attackTriad... 1499T 5Y
8)attack yakuza...1500T 4Y
....compare with what you had BEFORE doing all this crazy stuff.
At the beginning you had 1500T and 0Y...NO YOU HAVE 1500T 4Y
...this is simple math + STRATEGY that you can use to succeed in Bangkok
